Ollie (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a priority-first to-do list app with an AI assistant. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Ollie, you agree to this policy.

Account information: when you create an account we collect your email address and basic profile details.

Content you provide: the tasks, notes, voice input, and messages you send to Ollie so the app can organise your day.

Usage and analytics: anonymised information about how you use the app (features used, crashes, performance) to help us improve Ollie.

Subscription information: purchase status managed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card details — payments are handled by Apple.

To provide and operate Ollie, including organising your tasks and powering AI features.

To sync your data across your devices and supported integrations.

To improve our product, fix bugs, and understand how features are used.

To respond to support requests and communicate important account or service updates.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, our backend and database provider. Data is encrypted in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

To power AI features, the content you send may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to generate responses for you. This content is not used to train third-party models.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate Ollie (such as hosting, analytics, and AI processing), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

You can access, update, or delete your data at any time. To request account or data deletion, email support@ollie.rocks from your account email and we will process your request.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings on iOS.

Ollie is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date below.
