How do I restore my subscription?
Open Ollie and go to Settings → Subscription, then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Why are my subscriptions not showing?
Confirm you're signed into the same Apple ID used to purchase, then try Restore Purchases. If it still doesn't appear, restart the app and check your internet connection.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, select Ollie, and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I report a bug?
Email support@ollie.rocks with your device model, iOS version, app version, a description of what happened, and a screenshot or video if possible.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email support@ollie.rocks from the address tied to your account and request account/data deletion. We'll process your request and confirm once complete.
